Privacy Policy
How Grupo Americano handles personal data submitted through the Tech Americano website and contact channels.
Effective version: August 5, 2026.
1. Controller and contact channel
Grupo Americano, which operates the Tech Americano brand, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Questions, requests and data-subject rights may be directed to contato@techamericano.com.br. Operations are based in Brasília, Federal District, Brazil.
2. Data we may collect
When you submit the form or contact us, we may process your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, city or location, urgency, approximate number of affected users, preferred callback method, service interest and message content. Infrastructure providers may also process technical metadata needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information and request time.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process this data to answer requests, assess urgency and scope, prepare proposals, organize support, take preliminary steps related to a possible contract, maintain service records and protect the website against fraud and abuse. Depending on the situation, processing may rely on consent, pre-contractual procedures, legitimate interests with appropriate safeguards, compliance with legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Data may be handled by authorized Grupo Americano personnel and providers required for the service, including Cloudflare for website hosting, security and form execution, Resend for transactional email delivery, and the email-hosting provider that receives the request. Information may also be shared with consultants, technicians or authorities when required to provide the service, comply with law or protect legal rights.
5. International transfers
Some providers use global infrastructure and may process data outside Brazil. In those cases, we seek providers with contractual, technical and organizational safeguards compatible with Brazil's LGPD and limit processing to what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Retention and deletion
As an operational rule, contact and support records are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Data may be kept longer when necessary to satisfy legal or contractual obligations, respond to authorities, prevent fraud, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Once no longer needed, data will be reasonably deleted or anonymized.
7. Cookies and technical data
This website currently does not use advertising cookies or its own behavioral analytics tools. Infrastructure required to provide and protect the website may process technical access and security logs.
8. Security
We apply technical and operational controls proportionate to the risk, including server-side validation, data minimization, restricted access and specialized providers. No system is completely immune from incidents, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
9. Data-subject rights
Under Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability when applicable, anonymization, blocking or deletion of improper or excessive data, withdrawal of consent, objection where permitted by law and review of solely automated decisions. Requests may be sent to contato@techamericano.com.br. We may request information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
10. Automated decisions
The contact form is not used to make solely automated decisions that produce significant effects concerning the data subject.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version and effective date will always be shown on this page.
